No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
2. Learned counsel for appellant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Contempt Petition and also made an endorsement to that effect. In view of the said endorsement, the Contempt Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
