ORDER

When the Writ Petitions were taken up for hearing on 09.08.2017, there was no representation for the petitioners and the name of the counsel for the petitioners was asusually printed in the cause list. The notice sent to the petitioner in W.P.No.6589 of 2004 through Court returned unserved and service of notice to the petitioners in W.P.Nos.6587 and 6588 of 2004 is awaited. It is also endorsed in the notice paper that the petitioner in W.P.No.6590 of 2004 died. Hence, the Registry was directed to print the name of all the petitioners in the cause list today and the matters were directed to be listed under the caption "for dismissal" today. Even though the name of the petitioners are printed in the cause list and inspite of the matters being listed under the caption "for dismissal", even today (10.08.2017), there is no representation for the petitioners in W.P.Nos.6587 to 6589 of 2004 and hence, W.P.Nos.6587 to 6589 of 2004 are dismissed for default. As the petitioner in W.P.No.6590 of 2004 died, W.P.No.6590 of 2004 is dismissed as abated. No costs.
