When the matter came up for hearing today, it is represented by the learned counsel for the appellant and the respondent that pending disposal of this appeal, the sole appellant died. 3.Despite the death of the appellant was reported on 08.02.2022 before this Court, till date, no one has brought on record as legal representative of the appellant.

4. In view of the above, this Appeal is dismissed as abated. No costs.
