In pursuant to orders dated 13.12.2019, the grievance of the petitioner has been addressed by the Revenue Tahsildar, Tiruvannamalai in M.M(G1)/14294/2017 whereby, it had been directed that the petitioner Shabira W/o.Syed John Basha would be granted patta for Survey No.33/3 F 0.7 1⁄2 cents in Athiyanthal Village, Thiruvannamalai Taluk.

3. In view of the same, nothing survives in the writ petition, accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
