J, This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks in Crl.O.P.No.7804 of 2023 dated 13.04.2023.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent reports that the petitioners have been complied the condition imposed by this Court and the investigation is almost completed.

3. Recording the same, the petition for relaxation is allowed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the Investigating Officer as and when required for interrogation.
