ORDER

The learned counsel for the Tamil Nadu Housing Board made a submission that during the pendency of the Writ Petition, the Writ Petitioner, R.Mayadevi deposited the entire cost amount and the sale deed was executed by the Tamil Nadu Housing Board in her favour on 20.10.2020.

2. This being the factum, the cause do not exist and thus the Writ Petition stands disposed of as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
