Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 to issue a Writ of Certiorarified to call for the records pertaining to the provisional selection list of candidates for appointment to the posts of Asst. Professor (Zoology) in Govt. Arts and Science Colleges under Tamil Nadu Collegiate Department, published in the official website of the 2nd Respondent on 03.11.2014, in respect of Backward Class Muslim Community category quash and consequently direct the Respondents 2 and 3 to revise the selection list in respect of the said post by placing the petitioner under BC Muslim Women category; by bringing the 5th Respondent into BC-Muslim General Category and by removing the 4th Respondent from the selection list enabling the petitioner to be considered for appointment to the said post, by the 1% Respondent, within a reasonable time.
