This Application has been filed by the Plaintiff seeking permission to appoint an Advocate Commissioner to conduct local investigation of the shop of the Respondent / Defendant. Even without going into the merits of the said Application, the Application is dismissed, since the Plaintiff will have to prove their case and cannot seek assistance of the Commissioner to prove the facts averred in the plaint.
