Earlier an application had been filed seeking to implead the legal heirs in the plaint and that application has been allowed and amendment has also been carried out. The present application has been filed in view of the fact that the proprietor of the plaintiff had expired pending the suit.

2. In view of the fact, that there is no dispute regarding either the legal heirs or on any other aspects, this application is allowed.

3. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in O.A.No.289 of 2020.
