PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C., praying to call for the records in D.V.A.No.56 of 2014, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.VII, Coimbatore and quash the same.

O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the proceedings in D.V.A.No.56 of 2014, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.VII, Coimbatore.

2. The petitioners herein are the mother-in-law and father-in-law of the 1st respondent. Necessary allegations have been made in the petition and the petitioners, who are the mother-in-law and father-in-law, have to go before the Court below and establish their defence. This Court is not inclined to interfere with the proceedings at this stage.

3. In the result, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed and the Court below is directed to complete the proceedings in D.V.A.No.56 of 2014, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.VII, Coimbatore, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
