ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No. 13193 of 2020 dated 28.08.2020 that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioners have been complying with the the conditions.

4. Considering the submissions made by learned counsel appearing on either side, the condition imposed against the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No. 13193 of 2020 dated 28.08.2020 to report before the respondent police on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m until further orders is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on the first and third Monday of every month at 10:30 a.m until further orders.. The other conditions imposed shall remain unaltered.
