Earlier when the appeal was listed on 11.01.2017, there was no representation for the appellant through counsel. Hence it is posted today under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today, the appellant is not represented through counsel and the learned counsel appearing for husband viz.,respondent is present. Hence the civil miscellaneous appeal is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs. The connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
