This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking to permit the Petitioner to intervene in Crl.O.P.No.9759 of 2019.

Learned counsel for the Intervenor/Defacto Complainant submitted that the Petitioner/Accused has usurped the property in question by creating fake documents and that investigation is being done by the Land Grabbing Cell. He further submitted that even though this Court has rejected the Anticipatory Bail Petition of the Petitioner/Accused, the Petitioner/Accused moved his 3rd Anticipatory Bail Application before another Judge stating that no such application was filed earlier and the learned Single Judge, after hearing the matter and on verifying the records, found that the Anticipatory Bail Petition filed by the Petitioner had already been dismissed and directed to list the matter before this Court.

Taking note of the above submissions, this Court is of the view that the Intervenor is a necessary and proper party to the above Criminal Original Petition and hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as prayed for.
