The petitioner herein seeks to run a bunk shop in Vellore and Thiruvannamalai District Co-operative Milk Producers Society and had given a representation on 16.05.2018 to run the same in the premises of the third respondent namely the Office of the Tahsildar, Thiruvannamalai Taluk, Thiruvannamalai. It is not known whether the petitioner has the requisite licence to sell Aavin Milk. At any rate, the third respondent namely the Tahsildar, may issue notice to the petitioner, afford an https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

opportunity of personal hearing, examine the circumstances including the feasibility of locating of bunk shop in the premises and also whether the petitioner has requisite licence and whether it would cause hindrance or any disturbance to another public and considering all other aspects, pass necessary orders on or before 31.01.2020.

2. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
