This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the first respondent police not to harass the petitioner in any manner.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that enquiry has been conducted in C.No.1003/2021/CAMP dated 10.08.2021 and the same has been closed on the same day i.e., on 10.08.2021. He would further submit that the first respondent police are not harassing the petitioner.

3. It is made clear that now the complaint has been closed and the respondent police shall not call the petitioner under the guise of enquiry and harass him.

4. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
