ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction directing the respondents not to harass the petitioner for enquiry in CSR.No. Not known of 2021.

2. The petitioner is a senior citizen, a retired naval officer, who had purchased a property located at Kaveripattinam, Errahalli Village, Krishnagiri District. In the guise of enquiry, on the complaint given by Vimal D.Shah, the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

had been unnecessarily called at odd hours frequently, which caused harassment.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent would submit that one Vimal D.Shah had earlier lodged a complaint before the 1st respondent Superintendent of Police, which was forwarded as current paper to the 2nd respondent police. The 2nd respondent police conducted the enquiry and closed the case as civil in nature on 28.08.2021. The copy of closure report was also produced.

4. In view of the same, nothing survives. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
