ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a direction to the respondent to issue patta to the petitioner in respect of the property bearing R.S.No.18/5B1 4142 sq.ft., 1/4

or 91/2 cent in Arangamangalam Village, Kurinjipadi Taluk, Cuddalore District by considering the application given by the petitioner on 08.03.2024.

2. The petitioner submitted a representation on 08.03.2024 with a request for issuance of patta, however, the same is pending without consideration till date. Hence, this writ petition.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

4. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 08.03.2024 and pass appropriate orders on its own merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 2/4
