Prayer:- Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to direct the respondent to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 01.03.2015. For Petitioners :

ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent police to register case based on the complaint given by the petitioners dated 01.03.2015, the petitioners have come up with this petition.

2. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and I have also perused the records carefully.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the dispute is with regard to partition of property between https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

brothers and that the petitioner is not co-operating with the enquiry.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court directs the petitioners to appear before the respondent police and co-operate with the enquiry so that the enquiry could be completed in time.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
