Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.CPG.YOGANAND AND ASSOCIATES for the appellant and of M/S.T.VISWANATHAN RAO, Advocate for the respondent the court made the following order:- By Consent of both the learned counsel for the parties, the matter is referred to the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Center, Madras High Court, for arriving at an amicable settlement between the parties.

2.Both the parties shall appear before the Mediator, Mr.S.Arunachalam, on 04.01.2019. Thereafter, the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Center shall submit its report, in this regard, before this Court on or before 3rd week of February 2019. 3.Thereafter, post the matter before this Court on 25.02.2019 for reporting settlement.
