Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of habeas corpus to call for the entire records relating to the petitioner detention under Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982 vide detention order, dated 22.06.2022 on the file of the second respondent herein made in proceedings Memo Cr.M.P.No.18/G/2022/E1, quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondents herein to produce the petitioner namely Santhosh, S/o.Harichandran, aged 30 years before this Court and set the petitioner at liberty from detention, now the petitioner detained at Central Prison, Coimbatore.

2. Learned counsel on both sides submit that the impugned preventive detention order has since been revoked (Advisory Board) vide proceedings dated 20.07.2022 bearing reference G.O.Rt.No.4571, Home, Prohibition and Exc ise (XII) Department.

3. In the light of the undisputed position, common submission is made that nothing survives in the captioned habeas corpus petition.
