..Respondent(s) PRAYER: - The Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 528 of B.N.S.S., praying to set aside the order dt. 21.04.2026 in Crl.M.P.No. 1350/2026 on the file of Learned Principal District and Sessions Court, Coimbatore and consequently modify the condition imposed by the Learned Principal District and Sessions Court ,Coimbatore in Crl.M.P.No. 938/2026 dt. 16.03.2026 being (iii) the Petitioner in C.M.P.No. 938/2026 is directed to deposit a sum for Rs.10,00,000 (Rupees Ten Lakhs only) in Crime No. 398/2025 of Thudiyalur Police Station, before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Coimbatore at the time of producing sureties, on such deposit, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Coimbatore is directed to deposit the said amount in anyone of the Nationalized bank initially for a period of 12 months and periodically renewable.
