This petition has been filed to substitute the petitioners 1 to 3 herein as legal heirs of the 5 th respondent (deceased) namely Kumaresan as the respondents 5 to 7 in the above writ petition.

2. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered accordingly.

3. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the writ petition and list the matter after two weeks.
