O R D E R

The petitioner who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 14.08.2020 for the offences punishable under Sections 9(m), 10, 11(1), 11(2), 11(3) and 12 of Protection of Child from Sexual Offences Act 2012, in Crime No.10 of 2020, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the Sessions Court has already granted the mandatory bail since the prosecution has not filed charge sheet within sixty days from the date of arrest. Therefore, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Original Petition. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the counsel from the lower Court has not informed regarding the grant of the mandatory bail by the Sessions Court and therefore, this Court considering the fact that the Sessions Court has already granted mandatory bail and have not filed the charge sheet within the time.

4.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
