ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking direction to direct the respondents to regularize the service of petitioner as Driver from the date of his https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

initial appointment that is from 01.02.2001 and pay all monetary and other service benefits by considering the petitioner's representation dated 19.04.2019. 2.Without going into the merits of the case, I am inclined to issue direction to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner representation dated 19.04.2019 and pass order on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
