These matters are listed today under the caption 'for being mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel appearing for the applicant.

The learned counsel for the applicant would submit that certain typographical errors have been crept in the order dated 8.6.2023 in para 4.2, instead of GST proceedings, it has been wrongly mentioned as GSP proceedings and in paragraphs 5 and 5.1, instead of Ar.A.No.281 of 2023, it has been wronging mentioned as Arb.A.No.280 of 2023. Therefore, the learned counsel sought for rectification of the said typographical mistakes and issuance of fresh order.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant, the Registry is directed to carry out the typographical mistakes mentioned above, by incorporating GST proceedings in the place of GSP proceedings in para 4.2 and Arb.A.No.281 of 2023 in the place of Arb.A.No.280 of 2023 in paragraphs 5 and 5.1 and issue a fresh copy of the order forthwith.
