Prayer:- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to implement the order passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer [RDO], Namakkal, dated 10.07.2020 in MC.1/2020/M1 [Cr.P.C. 107 Na.Ka.3317/2020 M1] and also Na.Ka.3317/2020/M1 dated 10.07.2020 and remove the respondents 4 - 6 from Survey NO.52/2 in Vadugam Village, Rasipuram Taluk, Namakkal District comprised in Patta No.1035. ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J.] (1)The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner on instructions would submit that since the possession of the petitioner has been restored, issues in the present Writ Petition are no longer survives for consideration and prays for withdrawal of this Writ Petition.

(2)This Court heard the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner who would submit that the possession of the petitioner on the land in question has been restored and the said submission on instructions is placed on record and seeks the permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and also undertakes to send an endorsement through E-Mail to the Registry of this Court to that effect. (3)In the light of the same, this writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
