Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioners' representation dated 1.12.2014 received by them on 2.12.2014 and rectify the anomalies pointed out in petitioners' representation and fix the pay scale of the petitioners according to the recommendations of the Sixth Pay Commission.

ORDER
The petitioners have filed the above writ petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider their representation dated 1.12.2014 to rectify the anomalies pointed out in their representation and fix the pay scale, according to the recommendations of the Sixth Pay Commission. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that though the petitioners have given a representation on 1.12.2014, the respondents have not considered the same.
3. Mr.P.Sanjay Gandhi, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents and submits that the respondents may be directed to dispose of the petitioners' representation, within a stipulated time.
4. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and also taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the respondents to consider the petitioners'
representation dated 1.12.2014 and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
