ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to register the complaint dated 06.06.2016 given by the petitioner.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint given by the opposite party, a case in Crime No.307 of 2016 has been registered for the offences under Sections 294(b), 332 IPC against this petitioner and as a counter blast, this petitioner has given a complaint dated 06.06.2016. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4. Under such circumstances, no positive direction can be issued to the respondent police to register a case on the complaint dated 06.06.2016. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
