This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.6515 of 2023 dated 30.03.2023.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent reports that on completion of investigation, final report filed and the trial has commenced.

3. In the light of the above, the petition for relaxation is allowed with the direction to the petitioner to appear before the trial Court on every hearing date without fail.
