This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent to survey the petitioner's property comprised in Natham S.Nos.385/8 and 385/6 bearing door No.13, Avai Street, Udhayamambattu Road, Periyamambattu Village, Thiyagadurugam, Kallakurichi District and to grant patta in favour of the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

The case of the petitioner is that the subject property was purchased by her by way of a Sale Deed dated 20.03.2012; subsequently, vide a Rectification Deed dated 02.12.2013, the error crept in the boundaries was rectified and she is in possession of the said property. It is the grievance of the petitioner that the representation dated 05.03.2024 submitted by her to the respondent, to survey the said property and demarcate its boundaries has not been considered. Hence, the present Writ Petition.

4. Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent 2/4

submitted that though the petitioner has sent her representation through post, a proper application to be made in online.

Considering the limited relief sought in this writ petition, the respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 05.03.2024 and also the online application to be made by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation for survey of the property and demarcate the boundaries after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
