Prayer in W.P.No.16536 of 2025: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to execute the sale deed in my favour in respect of HIG Flat No.72, at 'A' Jettihalli, Dharmapuri, having Flat area of 89.75 sq.mtr., and plot area of 132.00 sq.metr, based on the representations dated 05.04.2024 and 23.10.2024 given by the petitioner and pass such further or other orders. In all Writ Petitions:- For the Petitioners : Mr.L.Chandrakumar for Mr.B.Gopalakrishnan For the Respondents : Mr.A.M.Ravindranath Jeyapal Standing Counsel COMMON ORDER All these matters are connected and as such are taken up for disposal by this common order.
2. The grievance of the petitioners is that they have been allotted the High Income Group plots in Phase - 16, Hosur, Hire Purchase Scheme. Even the revised final cost have already been fixed and all the petitioners have paid the same. Inspite thereof, till date, the sale deed has not been issued. The petitioners have made their representations as detailed below:-

4. Mr.A.M.Ravindranath Jeyapal, the learned Standing Counsel takes notice on behalf of the respondents and would submit that the representations of the petitioners will be considered by the respondent, within a time frame fixed by this Court.
5. In view of the nature of the relief being granted in these Writ Petitions, they are disposed of at the admission stage itself, (i) The respective representations of the petitioners shall be taken up for consideration by the 1st respondent who in turn shall consider the same by taking into consideration the fact that the final cost was estimated and paid by the petitioner;
(ii) Final orders regarding the same shall be passed by the 1st respondent within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt / production of the website uploaded copy of this order, without waiting for the certified copy; (iii) No costs.
