Prayer:- Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to call for the records relating to the Fair and Decreetal orders made in I.A.No.164 of 2011 in O.S.No.222 of 2006 dated 27.06.2013 on the file of the First Additional District Munsif Court at Bhavani and set aside the same and allow the Revision Petition. For Petitioner : M/s.K.Premkumar For Respondents : M/s.B.Mohan for R.1 and R.2 : R.3, R5 to R16, R19, R20, R26 & R27 - Dismissed vide order dated 17.08.2015.

The Civil Revision Petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the Fair and Decreetal orders made in I.A.No.164 of 2011 in O.S.No.222 of 2006 dated 27.06.2013 on the file of the First Additional District Munsif Court at Bhavani and set aside the same.

2. Heard the learned counsels on either side.

3. Considering the fact that pursuant to the orders passed in I.A.No.164/2011, the Advocate Commissioner had already submitted his 3/5

report which is fairly conceded by the learned counsel for the petitioner, no further orders are required in the above Civil Revision Petition. It is open to the petitioner to submit objections, if any, to the Advocate Commissioner's Report.

4. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
