This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 1st Respondent to consider and pass orders on the representation of the Petitioner dated 11.4.2016 with regard to inclusion of the name of the Petitioner in the state wide seniority list.

3. Considering the limited prayer sought for in this Writ Petition, without going into the merits of the case, the 1st respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 11.4.2016 , on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.
