ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to give police protection to the petitioner and his property situated in T.S.Nos.1/2,1/4,1/6 and 1/8 situated at Periya Eri Village, Salem for the purpose of construction of the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 17.12.2017.

2. The limited prayer sought for the in the present is for extending police protection to enable the petitioner to construct compound wall in the property premises in T.S.Nos.1/2,1/4,1/6 and 1/8 situated at Periya Eri Village, Salem. The apprehension of the petitioner is that certain rowdy elements are disturbing the construction of compound wall. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Hence, the petitioner is granted liberty to approach the second respondent herein seeking for police protection for construction of compound wall and on receipt of the same the second respondent shall consider the same on his own merits and pass appropriate orders after giving information to the persons who are in the interested in the subject land, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
