Respondents/Defendants Prayer:- Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuing a direction to the Principal District Munsif Court, Poonamallee, Thiruvallur District, to send for records pertaining to transferred O.S.No.1141 of 1986 on its file by virtue of order, dated 15.07.2015 made in I.A.SR.No.2574 of 2015 on the file of the District Munsif Court-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Sriperumbudur, Kancheepuram District, for securing the ends of justice.

O R D E R

Civil Revision Petition is filed for issuing a direction to the Principal District Munsif Court, Poonamallee, Thiruvallur District, to send for records pertaining to transferred O.S.No.1141 of 1986 on its file by virtue of order, dated 15.07.2015 made in I.A.SR.No.2574 of 2015 on the file of the District Munsif Court-cum-Judicial Magistrate's Court, Sriperumbudur, Kancheepuram District, for securing the ends of justice.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.This Court by order dated 17.11.2016 called for report from the Principal District Munsif Court, Poonamallee, with regard to the records available in O.S.No.1141 of 1986 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Poonamallee. Report received, which shows that the suit in O.S.No.1141 of 1986 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Poonamallee, was disposed on 05.07.2004. On verification of Suit Register and consignment list, the original bundle of O.S.No.1141 of 1986 was submitted to the Principal District Court, Chengalpet, for

consignment in D.No.425/2006 dated 14.06.2006. Further it shows that no suit records available on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Poonamallee.

4.Recording the report received from the trial Court, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. It is left open to the petitioner to file an appropriate application before the Court concerned.
