Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, Call for the records relating to the impugned circular issued by the 2nd respondent in Ref. No.4053 / E3 /1 /2019 - TC dated 24/05/2019 and to quash the same in so far as including the name of the petitioner working as Assistant Professor in Opthalmology is concerned and consequently directing the respondents to allow the petitioner to continue in the post of Assistant Professor in Opthalmology in Government Thiruvannamalai Medical College, Thiruvannamalai.
