This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for police protection.

2.No representation for the petitioner either in person or by his respective counsel.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents would submit that based on the complaint of the petitioner C.S.R.No.304 of 2014 has been assigned. A counter complaint has been given against the petitioner by one Chellamuthu and the same is assigned as C.S.R.No.273 of 2014. After due enquiry, the 2nd respondent closed both C.S.R.Nos.304 and 273 of 2014 on 06.01.2015. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in this Petition and hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
