2. This Court by order dated 29.04.2013 disposed of the writ petition in W.P. No.12474 of 2013 in the following lines: "...

Considering the limited prayer sought for by the writ petitioner, I am inclined to direct the first respondent / Tahsildar to consider the application dated 21.03.2013 made by the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording opportunity to the petitioner and others if any, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."

Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent, on instructions, submitted that the first respondent in the writ petition has passed orders on merits after considering the petitioner's representation. Since, there was some delay, the learned Additional Government Pleader has explained certain circumstances to justify the delay. Since the order of this Court has been duly complied with, learned Additional Government Pleader submits that there is nothing more to prosecute the contempt petition. 2/3

4. In view of the the submissions made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, reporting compliance, this Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
