O R D E R

The instant writ petition has been filed seeking the relief of writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider and pass orders on the petitioners representation dated 12.02.2025 to include the petitioners in the General Provident Fund and issue General Provident Fund Number with all service and monetary benefits more particularly within a time frame as may be stipulated by this Honble Court.

2. Heard Mr.J.Pooventherarajan, learned counsel for the petitioners and 2/4

Mr.C.Selvaraj, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have sent their representation to count their past service for the purpose of pension and General Provident Fund and the same is yet to be considered.

4. Though there is disputed facts between the parties, taking into consideration of the fact that the representation made by the petitioners is yet to be considered, this Court without going into the merits of the matter, deems it appropriate to direct the respondents to consider the representation dated 12.02.2025 on it's own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
