ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 30.10.2024, passed by this Court in W.P.No.32486 of 2024, thereby directed the respondent to issue notice to the

petitioner and the counter parties and conduct enquiry after giving an opportunity of hearing to them, dispose of the petitioner's complaint, within a period of twelve weeks.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondent conducted enquiry and passed order by the proceeding dated 15.07.2025. He also produced a copy of the order dated 15.07.2025 before this Court. 3.
