This order will now dispose of the captioned 'Writ Miscellaneous Petition' [hereinafter 'WMP' for the sake of brevity].

2. Captioned WMP has been filed under Rule 2B Appendix V of A.S. Rules to regulate the proceedings under Article 226 of the Constitution of India with a prayer to file a single writ petition.

3. Adverting to support affidavit, Mr.N.Ganesh, learned counsel on record for writ petitioners submits that the cause of action is common and the petitioners are brothers.

4. Learned counsel for writ petitioners undertakes to pay separate Court fee (if not already paid) before close of working hours day-after-tomorrow (20.03.2025). This submission is recorded.
