Respondent Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C to modify the condition imposed in Crl.R.C.No.25 of 2019 dated 24.04.2019 on condition that the petitioner shall furnish a bond for Rs.30 lakhs with Two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the Trail Court passed by the Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai.

O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking for modification of the condition imposed by the Court below while allowing the petition filed by the petitioner seeking for return of vehicle. 2.The Court below while considering the petition allowed the return of vehicle in favour of the petitioner by imposing a condition to the effect that the petitioner should furnish a bond for a sum of Rs.30,00,000/- (Rupees thirty lakhs only) with two sureties for a like sum to the satisfaction of the trial Court.

3.It is this condition over which the petitioner has expressed his grievances before this Court.

4.The Court below has taken into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and thought it fit to impose such a stringent condition. This Court does not want to interfere with the order in total and the condition imposed by the Court below is modified as follows:- (a) the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.30,00,000/- (Rupees thirty lakhs only) by furnishing immovable property security of himself or his wife or both put together for a value of a sum of Rs.30,00,000/-. There shall also be execution of two sureties for a sum of Rs.10,000/- each.

(b) the other conditions imposed by the Court below shall stand as it is.

5.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
