By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself.

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondents 2 to 4 to survey and demarcate the petitioners' lands comprised in Survey No.400/2B situated at Tirupattur District, Vaniyambadi Taluk, Peddur Village, by considering the petitioner's online E-Challan No.2024/0123/36/000709, dated 25.04.2024.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 4 and perused the materials available on record.

The grievance of the petitioner is that he has paid the requisite fees to survey the property in Survey No.400/2B situated at Tirupattur 2/4
District, Vaniyambadi Taluk, Peddur Village, and demarcate its boundaries. However, the same has not been considered by the respondents 2 to 4. 5.
Considering the limited nature of the relief sought for in the present Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the respondents 2 to 4 to consider the petitioner's online E-Challan No.2024/0123/36/000709, dated 25.04.2024 and pass appropriate orders, for survey of the property and demarcate its boundaries, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.
With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
