C.M.P.No.13529 of 2021 in C.M.A.Sr.No.71809 of 2021 P.T.ASHA, J., This petition is filed to permit the petitioner to enhance the claim amount from Rs.15,00,000/- to Rs.25,00,000/- in M.C.O.P.No.661 of 2013 dated 24.03.2020 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal / II Additional Sub Judge, Cuddalore.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant and the learned counsel appearing for the Transport Corporation.
