2. Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents has no objection to this petition being allowed.

3. Considering the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed.

4. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the order dated 12.03.2026 and issue a fresh order copy.
