This petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.94 of 2015 on the file of the 1st respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners; learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the 1st respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the Police had completed the investigation in Crime No. 94 of 2015 and the case has been closed as mistake of fact and the RCS notice has also been served on the defacto complainant.

Recording the same, the petition is closed.
