This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to survey the petitioner's land in patta No.7333, Pallikaranai survey No.35/6 to the extentof 1200 sq.ft., Sholinganallur Taluk, Chennai District, based on the petitioner's application dated 19.02.2024.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

The case of the petitioner is that the subject property was purchased by her husband by way of a registered Sale Deed dated 02.05.2000 and the Revenue authorities also issued manual patta in his favour. It is the grievance of the petitioner that after the demise of her husband, she has given an application on 19.02.2023 to the 2nd respondent, to survey the said property and demarcate its boundaries. However, the same has not been considered. Hence, the present Writ Petition.

4. Considering the limited relief sought in this writ petition, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the application of the petitioner dated 19.02.2023 and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's application for 2/4

survey of the property and demarcate the boundaries after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
