2. There is no representation on behalf of the Petitioner. Further, according to the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the Petitioner has complied with the condition only up to 05.05.2026, which clearly shows that the Petitioner has not complied with the conditions as ordered by this Court. Hence submit that the petition deserves to be dismissed.

3. In view of the above submissions, this Court finds no reason to relax the condition at this stage. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed.
