Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition in Crl.M.P.No.8212 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.7298 of 2020 dated 18.12.2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.SANTHANAMARI, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Vide order dated 22.07.2020, this Court had enlarged the petitioners on bail on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking further relaxation of the conditions imposed on the Crl.M.P.No.8212 of 2020 by order dated 18.12.2020.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents, on instruction, submits that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions without fail.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioners could be acceded to.

4. Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 18.12.2020 alone stands modified and the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police fortnightly i.e., on 1st day and 15th day of every Month at 10.30 am till the filing of charge sheet. Thereafter, the petitioners shall appear before the trial court on each and every hearing until further orders. All other conditions remain unaltered.
