2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. On a complaint given by one Kokila, the petition enquiry has been conducted in CRP.No.237 of 2014 and the same has been closed. In view of the same, the petitioner cannot be harassed.

4. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
